Welcome Inside: The First Practice
Why this space exists and the one question that will change how you move through your days.
If you’re reading this, it means you’re officially inside this paid space.
And if I’m being honest, that feels both exciting and a little surreal for me…because someone had to be the first person to say:
Yes, I want to go deeper than Instagram captions and quick hits of advice.
So first, thank you. It genuinely means a lot that you’re here this early.
But I want to set the tone for this space right away.
This isn’t meant to become another place where you collect more ideas, more strategies, or more pressure to “do things better.”
Most high-achieving women already have enough information.
What they don’t have is space to actually stay with themselves long enough for change to stick.
So this paid space exists for three things:
• deeper essays about self-trust, consistency, and nervous systems
• guided practices and reflections you can actually apply in real life
• integration posts that help you carry this work into your actual days
Think of it as the quieter room of this publication.
The place where things slow down enough to land.
Today I want to give you the first practice I use constantly in my own life.
It’s deceptively simple.
But it’s one of the biggest shifts I’ve made in the last few years.
